Ieri sera alla Genting Arena di Birmingham si è tenuta la seconda edizione dei BBC Music Awards, cerimonia delle premiazioni della musica pop sponsorizzata dalla nota emittente radiofonica e televisiva britannica BBC.
La protagonista indiscussa è stata assolutamente lei! Adele che si è portata a casa i premi più ambiti come Artista Britannico Dell'anno e Perfromace Live del'Anno grazie allo speciale Adele at The BBC.
A vincere quello di Miglior Artista Internazionale è stata Taylor Swift che è riuscita ad avere la meglio su Hozier, l'emergente The Weeknd, l'icona Prince, il duo electro Major Lazer e i Foo Fighters. Ma Hozier si è potuto consolare grazie alla sua Take Me To Church che ha vinto l'ambito premio come Canzone dell'Anno.
A salire sul palco ad intrattenere gli spettatori sono stati gli One Direction, le Little Mix, Ellie Goulding, Jess Glynne, Hozier e molti altri.
