Bet Awards 2015: performances e vincitori

Ieri sera presso il Nokia Theater di Los Langeles, CA, si sono tenuti i celebri Bet Awards, cerimonia sponsorizzata dalla Black Entertainnet Televison che premia gli artisti afroamericani nella musica, cinema, tv, sport ed in altri settori dell'intrattenimento.

Quest'anno la manifestazione ha assistito dopo ben 7 anni il ritorno dell'icona della musica R&B statunitense Janet Jackson che è stata onorata con un tributo da parte di Tinashe, Ciara e Jason Derulo.
Nicki Minaj, Kendrick Lamar, Chris Brown, The Weeknd, Alicia Keys, Tori Kelly, Ne-Yo e molti altri sono saliti sul palco ad esibirsi.

Per quanto riguarda le premiazioni Beyonce si è portata a casa il maggior numero di Awards tra cui Video Of The Year e Best R&B/Pop Artist. Nicki Minaj ha vinto per la sesta volta consecutiva il Best Female Hip Hop Artist e Sam Smith si è portato a casa Best New Artist.

Durante la manifestazione non sono mancate le onorificenze: Janet Jackson ha avuto l'onore di riceve l'ambito Ultimate Icon: Music Dance Visual Award, al presentatore radiofonico Tom Joyner è spettato il Humanitarian Award ed all'artista R&B Smokey Robinson il Lifetime Achievement Award.
